About AestheTracker
The basics
Who is AestheTracker for?
AestheTracker is for people who want one private, organized place to keep their aesthetic treatment history. You can track as little as a date and product or add providers, treatment areas, plans, personal inventory, photos, mapping, and your own observations.
Where is AestheTracker available?
AestheTracker is available for iPhone and iPad through the Apple App Store.
An Android version is coming soon to Google Play.
Where does my information go?
Your records live on your device. If you enable iCloud synchronization, they can sync through your private Apple iCloud database so your history stays available across your supported devices.
AestheTracker does not require its own account, connect your records to Apple Health, sell your personal information, or use your records for advertising.
Do I need an AestheTracker account?
No. You do not need to create a separate AestheTracker account to use the app.
Is AestheTracker a medical app?
No. AestheTracker is a personal recordkeeping and organizational tool. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, dosing instruction, safety clearance, or emergency guidance.
Questions about a treatment or your health should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I keep progress photos private?
Yes. You choose which photos to add and which treatments they belong to. Photos remain part of your private record on your device and, when enabled, your private iCloud database. You can also hide a treatment session’s photos from history previews.
Can I back up or move my records?
Yes. AestheTracker offers a manual backup you control, while optional iCloud synchronization keeps supported devices in sync. These serve different purposes: iCloud synchronization keeps your active record current, while a manual backup gives you a separate recovery copy.
Backup files may contain sensitive treatment details and photos, so keep them somewhere private and secure.
Plan the timing. Keep the details.
Build a treatment series, keep upcoming sessions in view, and document the treatment points you choose to remember.

What you can keep together
What can I track for a treatment?
You can keep a simple date and product or add the details that matter to you, including the provider, treatment area, technique, product information, personal notes, photos, follow-ups, and your own reported outcome.
Can I map where a treatment was performed?
Yes. Facial mapping lets you place and refine treatment points, then document the treatment details connected to each point. Mapping is for your personal record and does not provide dosing or treatment guidance.
Can I add and compare progress photos?
Yes. You can attach photos to treatments, label their stage and view angle, and compare compatible progress photos over time. You choose which images to add and which treatment record they belong to.
Can I create a multi-session treatment plan?
Yes. Treatment Plans organize a series of sessions with your chosen timing, product, provider, areas, and technique. Plans can include an initial series, optional touch-ups, and a separate maintenance phase.
Can I keep scheduled treatments connected to Apple Calendar?
Yes. When you schedule a treatment, you can add that treatment date to Apple Calendar. If you reschedule or edit the connected treatment in AestheTracker, its linked calendar event is updated. Removing the treatment schedule can also remove that event.
This keeps your planned treatment dates and spacing organized alongside the calendar you already use.
The connection applies to events created or linked through AestheTracker. Changes made independently in Apple Calendar are not automatically imported back into the treatment record.
Can I keep manufacturer brochures and instructions with a product?
Yes. You can keep product guidance notes, a source and link, and an attached brochure or instruction document with the product it belongs to. AestheTracker keeps this reference material organized but does not replace current manufacturer instructions or professional guidance.
Can I track products and personal inventory?
Yes. You can record quantities, units, lot numbers, expiration dates, purchase details, vendors, and low-stock information for the products and supplies you choose to track.
What do Insights show?
Insights helps you explore descriptive patterns in your own records, including your reported outcomes, favorite products, most treated areas, and repeated treatments. These summaries reflect what you entered; they are not treatment recommendations or medical guidance.

See the patterns you chose to record.
Insights summarizes your own entries—reported outcomes, favorites, repeated treatments, photos, and treated areas—without turning them into recommendations.
Imports and troubleshooting
Bring in your history
Can I import treatments I tracked somewhere else?
Yes. AestheTracker can help you bring in treatment history from supported calendar, spreadsheet, and text files. Every proposed treatment goes through a review screen so you can correct details, skip unrelated entries, and choose what to save.
How do I export treatments from Google Calendar?
- On a computer, open Google Calendar and choose Settings.
- Select Import & export, then choose Export.
- Open the downloaded ZIP file and locate the
.icsfile for the calendar containing your treatments. - Save the file somewhere available in the Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
How do I export treatments from Apple Calendar?
- On a Mac, open Calendar and select the calendar containing your treatments.
- Choose File > Export > Export.
- Save the
.icsfile somewhere available in the Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
How do I import a calendar file into AestheTracker?
- Open AestheTracker and go to Timeline.
- Tap +, choose Import Treatment, then Choose Import File.
- Select your
.icsfile and review the proposed treatments. - Edit missing details, deselect unrelated events, then save the records you want to keep.
Past events are selected automatically. Future calendar events remain unselected so they are not accidentally saved as completed treatments.
Is my calendar file uploaded?
No. Your calendar file is reviewed locally on your device and is not uploaded to AestheTracker.
What calendar information can AestheTracker import?
AestheTracker can use event dates, titles, descriptions, locations, time zones, all-day dates, and common repeating-event information to prepare proposed treatment records. Cancelled events are ignored.
Nothing is saved automatically. You review and edit the proposed records before choosing which treatments to add.
What should I include when reporting a problem?
Include the app version, your iPhone model and iOS version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot can help, but please remove or obscure personal information that is not necessary to understand the issue.
