1. Information you provide
AestheTracker lets you create a personal record that may include your name, country, treatment details, dates, providers, clinics, products, vendors, purchases, inventory, plans, notes, facial-map entries, and photos you choose to add. You decide what to record.
If you contact us or submit beta feedback, we also receive the information you include in that communication, such as your email address, comments, screenshots, or technical details.
2. Where your app data is stored
Your AestheTracker records and photos are stored on your device. When Apple iCloud synchronization is available and enabled, that data may also be stored in your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit so it can remain available across your Apple devices.
AestheTracker does not currently require a separate AestheTracker account. You may also choose to create and store a manual backup export.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you choose to use, maintain and improve the app, respond to support requests, investigate bugs, protect the beta program, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information, use your personal records for advertising, or track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. Device permissions
AestheTracker asks for access only when a feature needs it. Depending on the features you use, this may include access to photos you select, calendar access for events, and notification permission for reminders. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings, although doing so may limit the related feature.
5. Services provided by others
Apple provides app distribution, device storage, photo selection, calendar and notification services, and—when enabled—private iCloud synchronization through CloudKit. Apple handles information under its own privacy terms.
Our optional beta feedback form is hosted by Tally. If you use it, the information you submit is processed by Tally and delivered to AestheTracker. Please avoid including sensitive medical details or photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue and you are comfortable sharing them.
6. Retention and deletion
Records stored in the app remain until you delete them, remove the app and its local data, or manage the corresponding information in your iCloud account. Backup files remain wherever you choose to save them until you delete them.
Support and beta-feedback communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, improve the app, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of information you submitted directly to us by emailing privacy@aesthetracker.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Protect your device, Apple ID, and any exported backup files with appropriate passwords and security settings.
8. Age eligibility and children’s privacy
AestheTracker is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may not use the app. AestheTracker does not receive personal records stored in the app or in a user’s private iCloud account. If we learn that an individual under 18 has submitted personal information directly to us through a support request, feedback form, or other communication, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AestheTracker evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
